Do you work with private individuals?
No. This site is intended for businesses and professionals.
What coffee do you currently offer?
We handle enquiries for green coffee from India, Arabica and Robusta. Availability and specification depend on the lot.
What other commercial activities does Altura have?
In addition to coffee, the registered scope includes grains, cereals and legumes, honey and apiary accessories, salted or preserved fish and seafood, pastry, ghee and vegetable oils and tea. These activities are assessed transaction by transaction and do not imply a permanent catalogue or stock.
Which region of India does the coffee come from?
The region is lot-specific information. We communicate it only when it is identified in the available documentation.
Do you keep permanent stock?
We do not publish generic availability. Each offer states the quantity checked and its validity period.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the lot, packaging and logistics. State an estimated quantity so that it can be assessed.
Can I request a sample?
You can include this in your enquiry. Availability, quantity, cost and delivery are confirmed separately.
Does the coffee have certifications?
A certification is attributed to a lot only when current, applicable documentation exists. Please state which certification you require.
What documents accompany the coffee?
This depends on the lot, route and agreed responsibilities. The offer identifies the available documents and any checks still pending.
Do you publish prices?
We do not publish generic prices. A quotation depends on the specification, quantity, delivery point, Incoterm and validity.
Does Altura handle all logistics?
The logistics scope is defined for each transaction. The offer states what each party manages and the point at which risk transfers.
